Pick a sport (Bike/Row/Run):
Travel as much distance as possible in the following intervals:
Work minutes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1
Rest 1 minute in between each set.
Your final score is the cumulative amount of meters traveled. Happy Valentine’s Day!
